During your personal training we shall not only tackle improving your fitness and strength but also your nutrition to allow your to get optimal results. Customized training programs will also be supplied so you know exactly what you need to do between sessions.

Rehabilitation

Rehab session go for 45mins. This intensive session is designed around your Doctors or Physiotherapists recommendations. These sessions will get you from barely functioning to optimum.

Since being certified as a REHAB Trainer in early 2012 and now becoming qualified as a Master REHAB Trainer , I have worked with numerous clients and physios on getting them from just managing to function to optimum function. It has been an absolute privilege to be able to work with those who are determined to be fitter and stronger then before.
